Maela – wearable extravagance with style

Maela stands for the luxury of being yourself.
For jewelry that doesn’t impose itself – but stands out.
For gemstones that don’t disappear into a safe,
but are allowed to shine in daylight.

Nothing here sparkles for attention – it shines out of conviction.
High-carat gemstones, the finest South Sea pearls, huge baroque pearls and porcelain with charm – designed
designed for women who don’t want to dress up, but rather enhance themselves.

Whether Jeans or evening dress: Maela fits when YOU fit.
Because style doesn’t need a uniform. And no logo.
Only character.

Brilliants? Not with us.
Here you can play with the unexpected, character in color, attitude in gold
and extravagance that can also go with a T-shirt, jeans and sneakers.
We celebrate the quiet glamor of an attitude that is self-sufficient,
without having to explain itself.

Maela – not adapted. But always suitable.

A ring for Shirley Bassey

When a girl leaves home at a young age with nothing but a big dream and then, through hard work, hardship and an iron will, actually succeeds in becoming one of the most famous singers of all time, it should be a great inspiration and a shining beacon of hope for us all.

And this is exactly what our Ring of Fire should stand for in honour of this wonderful artist!

With respect and love for Dame Shirley Bassey

Mojo …. The story behind:

Once upon a time there was a little girl who stumbled through the big, wide world with uncertain steps. Much of what he saw and experienced was fascinating, exhilarating, exhilarating – and some other things were unsettling and frightening.
As a faithful companion and comfort for dark times, the child had received a hand-sewn doll from his grandmother: MO.

The MO doll was sewn from sturdy cloth and had to withstand and endure a lot. Countless hours in the washing machine were followed by more on the washing line in the scorching midday sun, 100000000 kisses, a sea of tears and desperate hugs.

Over the years, the seams cracked every now and then, MO first lost the sparkle in his glass eyes and later lost them completely.
The cute red plastic mouth was also lost after a trip to Italy.

At some point, MO disappeared into the old clothes bag. The girl grew up and learnt to
the things she saw and experienced, no matter how sad, upsetting or disconcerting they might be, outwardly with composure.

Despite his career, many a love affair and other life-changing experiences, his fears and longing for his old friend MO remained.

MO, who listens with interest to soliloquies… and yet knows how to keep quiet!
MO – when your relationship is going anything but smoothly, or your boss is stressing you out, and also MO when the news is all about climate catastrophes, famines and wars.

Mojo,
because we are never too old for comfort, a talisman or a lucky charm!
